Flux-cored wire
Introduction: This is a TiO2-based CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored wire, performance welding process, small spatter, stable arc, slag off easy, beautiful weld shape, all position welding.
Standard: GB/T10045-2001 E501T-1, AWS A5.20-1995 E71T-1
Flux cored wire is a new welding material which is to have the flux folded in the thin metal band with different section shapes or fill the flux in the thin steel tube for roll processing. At present, it can be used for self-welding, half-automatism welding, gas shielded welding, self-shielded welding and self-welding cooperating with flux. The product have been use in a wide range with excellence quality in welding metal, the strong adaptability to parent metal as well as high welding efficiency.
